Snipping Tool is a tiny utility that lets you capture rectangular or free-shape fragments of your screen. This program does not require any installation. Simply launch the application and draw on your screen to select the capture area. The captured image can be copied to clipboard, saved to file, or sent through e-mail as an attachment.
